Konteks Proyek: Di industri properti, jurang informasi antara developer dan pembeli seringkali menimbulkan kekhawatiran dan ketidakpastian. “Sudah sampai mana pembangunannya?” adalah pertanyaan konstan. Barshaa Cipta Lestari, sebagai developer yang visioner, ingin mendobrak batasan ini dengan memberikan jendela transparan langsung ke proyek mereka.
Tantangan: Bagaimana menciptakan satu platform yang dapat melayani dua audiens yang sangat berbeda? Di satu sisi, manajer proyek membutuhkan data teknis yang padat dan kontrol penuh. Di sisi lain, pembeli properti (klien) membutuhkan pembaruan yang visual, sederhana, dan menenangkan hati.
Solusi Desain Kami: Kami merancang sebuah ekosistem digital dengan dua wajah yang terintegrasi:
- Portal Pembeli (Buyer Portal): Dirancang dengan antarmuka yang bersih dan sangat visual. Fokus utamanya adalah pada galeri progres foto dan video, timeline pembangunan yang disederhanakan, dan sistem notifikasi otomatis untuk setiap milestone penting yang tercapai (misal: “Pondasi selesai!”, “Pemasangan atap dimulai!”).
- Dashboard Manajemen (Management Dashboard): Sebuah pusat kendali yang kuat. Tampilannya lebih padat data, menampilkan metrik krusial seperti progres Kurva S, kontrol anggaran, manajemen dokumen (RAB, IMB), dan rekapitulasi laporan harian dari tim di lapangan.
Hasil: Platform ini bukan hanya sebuah alat, melainkan sebuah jembatan kepercayaan.
- Secara signifikan meningkatkan kepuasan dan kepercayaan pembeli dengan memberikan update proaktif.
